DearRabbits.com orders are fulfilled from 2 different inventory warehouses, Located in California, USA and Hong Kong, China. If your order includes items from multiple different warehouses you will receive multiple tracking email notifications and delivery dates.

Once an order is placed on DearRabbits.com it will be processed and fulfilled within 24 hours. All orders placed over the weekend will process on the next business day. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only.

Shipping depends on what shipping method you chosen when checkout.

Standard Shipping (8 - 12 Days) 
Most standard shipments are sent through USPS or DHL eCommerce. The exact service depends on the size, weight and shipping address of your order.
Packages usually reach their destination in 8-12 days but can occasionally take longer.

Under $59 $4.95 - $9.95


Expedited Shipping (2 - 5 Business Days) 
Most Priority shipments are sent through UPS or DHL Express. The exact service depends on the size, weight and shipping address of your order.
Packages usually reach their destination in 2-5 business days but occasionally take longer.
Over $49 $9.95 - $19.95
Under $49 $24.95


Shipping Surcharge
Oversized/overweight items may incur an additional fee for shipping and handling charges. Total shipping cost will be calculated by adding the shipping surcharge fee to the base shipping cost of the item based on its weight.

Discreet Shipping
All of our packages are shipped in plain brown boxes or bubble packs with the return address marked as shipping department. It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, Dear Rabbits Adult Toys, is not used anywhere on the outside packaging. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped - usually within 1 business days of placing your order.
